There is a new restaurant in town serving authentic Inaniwa Udon.
Located in the Tanjong Pagar area, Miso Salmon offers quality and affordable modern Japanese cuisine that is nutritious in a comfortable dining environment.
The menu revolves around Inaniwa Udon, their noodles are imported from Japan to maintain consistency in texture.
Originating from Inaniwa area, Inaniwa Udon is one of the three greatest udon in Japan. It is characterised by its thin and chewy, yet silky-smooth texture.
The soup base encompasses exquisite flavours such as Original, Garlic, Spicy, Sesame, Truffle and Fish Collagen.
Personally, I would highly recommend the Fish Collagen for its nourishing ingredients.
They also created a selection of premium dry bowls that include ingredients such as Unagi, Tiger Prawn with Mentaiko, and Scallop with Truffle.
At the same time, they allow customers to customise their bowls from a variety of wholesome seafood ingredients and exclusive miso flavours.
