@bellapastasg Bella Pizza opened its doors in 2007 at its #RobertsonQuay location and has been serving one of the most loved #Italian #pizzas in Singapore ever since. Bella Pizza means “beautiful” pizza in Italian. Their pizzas are largely #Neopolitan in style with dough recipe developed through the course of several #apprenticeships in #Naples. We have recently tried some of their signature dishes, and would like to recommend them:

PIZZA BELLA PIZZA: Pizza with #mozzarella, ricotta, salami and sautéed spinach. Signature #Pizza

PIZZA CON RUCOLA: Pizza with tomato, mozzarella, arugula, #Parma ham and shavings of #parmesan

The crust has the perfect balance of crispiness and texture yet is able to retain the juices of fresh ingredients. The dough is prepared by hand daily on site, and each pizza is deliciously good.

Right next door is the Bella Pasta, it was conceived in 2010 to complement the pizza-heavy menu of Bella Pizza. The Bella Pasta menu is more extensive, featuring a long list of #pasta favorites as well as a variety of charcoal #grilled meats & seafood. The pizzas can still be enjoyed over here as they will simply bring them over upon request. We tried some of their signature pastas:

SPAGHETTI VONGOLE: #Spaghetti with clams in a white wine sauce

FETTUCCINE SALSICCIA E TARTUFO: Homemade pasta with Italian sausage and #truffles in a touch of cream.

These fresh pastas are handmade daily and they use premium quality ingredients and traditional cooking preparations. The talented chefs were all trained at various top Italian kitchens in Singapore. They ensure consistency and authenticity in their dishes.

Bella Pasta has one of the best alfresco dining areas along Robertson Quay with its corner riverfront location. The perfect setting for anyone to enjoy a nice Italian meal paired with wine or cocktail of choice. Their service staff is warm and friendly.
