Fireless Kitchen will be Singapore’s first ever hot kitchen without an open flame, primarily using sous vide techniques where ingredients are vacuum sealed and cooked in a water bath at a precise temperature to deliver consistently tasty, juicy and nutritious dishes.

Serving up healthy Western meals in its self-service 30-seater restaurant, Fireless Kitchen lets you customize your daily fix, pairing tastily marinated proteins with staples and companions. Its signature dish, the 12-Hours Sous Vide BBQ Pork Belly, pairs perfectly with the deliciously smooth Sweet Potato Mash, Sous Vide Balsamic Onion Confit.
