Crafted by Pastry Chef Audrey Yee, a veteran with Four Seasons and graduate of the renowned Le Cordon Bleu School in London, the lovely menu includes a fresh selection of finger sandwiches, hearty savouries followed by a warm scones and a delightful sweet indulgence.
Begin with the light flavours of Forest Mushroom, Spiced Carrot and Cucumber and Herb finger sandwiches, dainty Egg Salad with Osetra Caviar coupe and a variety of quiche and Brioche toast. Pique your palate with warm Lavender Scones and Brown Sugar Shortbread served with homemade Strawberry-Rose Preserve and Devonshire Clotted Cream for a beautiful interval before indulging in a fine collection of sweet gems.
The sweets collection dazzles with a medley of Yuzu Elderflower Meringue Tart, Candied Violet Macaron, Sakura Blossom Puff with Strawberry, Raspberry-Rose Mousse, Manjari Chocolate Pot de Crème, Apricot and Pistachio Chocolate Cup, perfectly complemented by a range of floral teas or a refreshing glass of Kir Royale.
