Introducing the Star of the Show – Auspicious Curry Fish Head!

The Auspicious Curry Fish Head takes center stage this year, offering an innovative version of the classic dish that sets it apart from the usual curry fish heads. Some fans will remember that Curry Times used to have the Curry Fish Head as part of the regular menu – this year, it is finally back, albeit with a twist! Unlike typical recipes, this dish forgoes coconut milk and introduces a harmonious mix of unique ingredients, including crispy Fried Seafood Beancurd Skin and delicate Fried Egg Floss, creating a rich and complex flavor profile that is flavorful but not jelak (cloying).
