YKKO Brings Myanmar’s Iconic Kyay-Oh to Singapore with Limited-Time Pop-Up This June

For the first time ever, food lovers in Singapore will get to experience the authentic taste of Myanmar’s beloved Kyay-Oh. As iconic noodle chain YKKO launches a special four-day pop-up this June.
Following the success of its international debut in Bangkok last year, YKKO continues its regional expansion with a curated Kyay-Oh dining experience in two venues in Singapore:
- Club Rangoon, Duxton Hill – 25 & 26 June
- The Upper House Grill & Bar, Funan Digital Mall – 28 & 29 June
This marks YKKO’s debut in Singapore, a significant milestone in its mission to introduce Myanmar’s culinary heritage to new audiences across the region.
What’s on the Menu?
Guests can enjoy a selection of YKKO’s Kyay-Oh dishes:
- Pork Kyay-Oh ($16) and Chicken Kyay-Oh ($16) – Vermicelli noodles in a rich pork or chicken broth, served with mashed pork or chicken, meatballs, fishballs, Chinese mustard, quail egg, bean curd, and YKKO’s signature red and green chili sauces.
- Si-Chet variation ($18) – Dry-style noodles version with the same ingredients, served with broth on the side.
- Fishball Kyay-Oh – Available in both soup and Si-Chet style, featuring chicken broth, fishballs, Chinese mustard, quail egg, and house-made sauces.
- To complement the meal, YKKO will also be serving Oldies ($7) — a nostalgic Burmese drink made from orchid and plum, finished with a splash of lime. Known in Myanmar as Than Buu, it’s a refreshing balance to the savory flavors of Kyay-Oh.
