SO/ Singapore & TUGA present ‘Gastronomy Tour of Portugal’
This is a discovery of the epicurean culture of rustic and hearty Portuguese flavours.
TUGA’s Tiago Martins with SO/ Singapore’s Dominic Lim curated a series of inventive dishes paired with unique wines, reminiscent of a Portuguese ‘celebração’ – feast.
In celebration of Portugal’s National Day on 10 June, SO/ Singapore will play host to TUGA and Portuguese winemakers in an immersive journey held over the course of two weeks.
With dishes that are playful and modern, yet drawing inspiration from native culinary techniques and ingredients from Portuguese trade routes, coupled with full-bodied wines as part of their exceptional wine culture
