If you’re looking for a delicious lunch experience that won’t break the bank, look no further than The Salon at Hotel Fort Canning. As part of the 2023 Singapore Restaurant Week Spring Edition, The Salon is offering a delectable Three Course Lunch Set for just S$28++ per person. We had the pleasure of dining here during the Restaurant Week and were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food and the attentive service.
The Salon is located within the historic national park of Hotel Fort Canning and offers a serene and peaceful atmosphere. We were seated in the main dining area which had a warm and inviting ambiance with natural lighting and chic decor.
To start, we were presented with a choice between the asparagus and Thai fish cake. The asparagus was cooked to perfection and had a satisfying crunch, while the Thai fish cake was flavorful with a crispy exterior and a moist interior. Both starters were excellent, but the asparagus was a standout dish.
For the main course, we had a choice between Seabass Fillet and Chicken Roulade. The Seabass fillet was cooked to perfection, with a light and delicate flavor, while the Chicken Roulade was the highlight of the meal. The chicken was juicy and tender, and the stuffing was perfectly seasoned with herbs and spices. We were thoroughly impressed with both main courses, which were cooked to perfection.
Finally, we had the option of Pandan Cake or Pavlova for dessert. The Pandan Cake had a light and fluffy texture with a subtle pandan flavor, while the Pavlova was crispy on the outside and soft and creamy on the inside. Both desserts were divine, but the Pavlova left us wanting more.
Overall, we highly recommend the Three Course Lunch Set at The Salon. The food was delicious, the service was attentive, and the ambiance was perfect. The set menu is also an excellent value for money and we cannot wait to try the dinner set menu during our next visit. Don’t miss out on this culinary gem in the heart of Singapore.

love it
What a delightful blog post! I loved how you described the ambiance and quality of food at The Salon during the 2023 Singapore Restaurant Week. From the starters to the desserts, everything sounded mouth-watering. I’m definitely adding it to my must-visit list. I’m curious to know if they have any vegetarian options on their menu, as I have a friend who follows a vegetarian diet. Do you happen to have any information about that? Thanks for the great write-up!
