PEMBUKA SELERA, APPERTISER STATION
The Nasi Ulam Cakerawala, Cendawan Cabe Ijo, Pulut Panggang, and Bakwan will delight the appetiser course.

BENDAHARA, CARVING LIVE STATIONS
The live station, Bendahara, features roast beef carving, Rusuk Percik, and Botok Botok Barramundi, all prepared fresh and served hot.

SRI PADUKA STATION
At the Sri Paduka station, you’ll discover the infamous Rawon Risotto. This signature dish features rice cooked in beef broth, along with Ayam Palumara (Makasar), Rendang Tenderloin, Udang Temburung (Brunei), Asam Pedas Kupang (Malacca), and Nasi Bunga Telang. Lemang, Lontong, and Bread are also available at this station.
