The Smoked Salmon Carpaccio was an excellent starter. The thin slices of smoked salmon were delicately arranged on the plate and a light dressing. The dish had a fresh and vibrant taste.
The Lamb Shank in Red Wine Sauce was an absolute standout. The lamb was incredibly tender, falling off the bone with ease. The red wine sauce had a rich and robust flavour that complemented the lamb perfectly, creating a satisfying and hearty meal.
The Mango Savarin was a delightful way to end the meal. The cake was light and fluffy, the dessert was elegantly presented.
Overall, I would highly recommend these dishes to anyone looking for an enjoyable dining experience. The quality of the food was exceptional, and each dish was executed with precision and care.
