A magical adventure with gastronomic highlights and fun-filled activities for the family from 1 to 21 April 2019. Enchanted Chocolate Garden Masterpiece
To kick off the Easter celebrations, the hotel will unveil a spectacular chocolate masterpiece. Handmade by the pastry team, this magnificent installation of delightful treats will be on display in Tower Wing lobby from 1 to 21 April 2019.
Enchanted Chocolate Garden Show by Dwayne Lau and Luminous Dance Academy
The magic of Easter comes alive with Enchanted Chocolate Garden Show presented by Dwayne Lau and the children from Luminous Dance Academy. Guests can expect an engaging performance full of whimsical revelry by Jimmy Pops (the character played by Dwayne Lau) and his little friends with sweet giveaways. The live performance will be in the Tower Wing lobby on 20 April 2019, 6.30p.m., and 21 April 2019, 11.45a.m.
Enchanted Easter Goodies
Guests will discover an array of handcrafted Easter goodies specially created by Area Executive Pastry Chef Herve Potus. This year’s highlights include three special characters – The Dwarf, Blueberry Girl and Fantasy Mushroom. Classic Easter collections, such as Chocolate Eggs, Easter Praline Set, Bunny and more, are also available. Guests will stand a chance to win special prizes with every purchase. Prizes include a one-night stay at Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore’s Tower Wing Deluxe Room.

Enchanted Mushroom Chocolate Workshop
The little ones can try their hand at making their own Easter confectionary and delve into a world of chocolate, colourful sprinkles and other edible ornaments at the Enchanted Mushroom Chocolate Workshop conducted by Chef Herve. As a memento, the children may bring home their completed masterpiece, along with a mini chef’s toque and apron. Available from 11a.m. to 12.30p.m. and from 3pm to 4.30pm on 6, 7, 13, 14 April 2019, the chocolate workshop is priced at S$128 nett per child accompanied by two parents and includes light refreshment. Enchanted Easter Brunch at The Line There is something for everyone at The Line this Easter. Adults can enjoy speciality dishes, such as Scallop Gratin with Truffle Hollandaise, Pan-seared Foie Gras with Kumquat Compote and more. Meanwhile, the little ones will be entertained with a host of fun activities, including face painting, a balloonist performance and an Easter egg hunt.

A reflection of Chef Heidi’s philosophy,“ to gather friends and family together with dishes prepared with full respect of the ingredients’ origin”, Easter is a celebration of Spring’s harvest. The Easter brunch is available at S$68++ per person, including one choice of appetiser, main course and dessert from 11a.m. to 12.30p.m. and S$98++ per person from 12.45p.m. to 3p.m., including free-flowing appetiser, a choice of main course and dessert. The set menu highlights include Hazelnut-Crusted Lamb Cutlets, Spring Asparagus Mornay, Minted Pea Soup with Pulled Ham Hock and more.
Easter Celebrations at Waterfall Ristorante Italiano
Diners may indulge in a traditional southern Italian Easter as Chef de Cuisine Daniele presents sumptuous festive highlights from his hometown of Puglia.
On Easter Sunday, guests can savour a festive brunch buffet with classic Easter highlights, such as Iberico Ham, Capper and Olive Sauce St. John’s Sea Bass, Baked Salmon and Chocolate Fontaine with Assorted Fruits.
Available at S$98++ per person, the brunch includes coffee or tea. Diners may add S$50++ per person for three-hours of free-flowing prosecco, house red and white wines, beers and chilled juices.
Easter High Tea Buffet at Rose Veranda
An afternoon of indulgence awaits with the Easter high tea buffet at Rose Veranda. On Easter Sunday, guests may enjoy classic high-tea buffet delicacies enhanced with Easter desserts, including Pecan Nuts and Jivara Tart, Rocher Egg Nest, Hazelnut Magnum, Easter Cupcakes, Easter Eggs, Hot Cross Buns and more.
Available for two seatings (11.30a.m. – 2p.m.; 3pm – 5.30p.m.), the high tea is priced at S$78++ per adult and includes a glass of prosecco.
Kids’ Easter Celebrations by Buds by Shangri-La
From 19 to 21 April 2019, the little ones can unleash their creativity with hands-on activities, such as Easter bunny sock making an Easter bunny origami bookmark making.
On Easter Day, 21 April 2019, children can join the Easter egg hunt and stand a chance to win special prizes. Kids can embark on an egg hunt which will bring them to various locations within the hotel. There will be two complimentary sessions, 10.30a.m. and 2p.m. at Banyan Deck. The morning slot is reserved for in-house guests only.
Enchanted Easter Room Package Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore offers special Easter room package for bookings made before 10 April 2019 for stays from 15 to 25 April 2019 to celebrate the season’s merriment.
