Thye Moh Chan Teochew Mooncakes

As traditional wellness ingredients take centre stage in modern dining, Thye Moh Chan leads the Mid-Autumn movement by bringing traditional, well-loved, time-honored flavours back into the spotlight.
Forget ultra-sweet gimmicks and trendy snowskin variants; this season is all about real, nourishing indulgence. Singapore’s award-winning heritage brand proudly introduces its latest masterpiece: the Red Date Longan Teochew Mooncake.

New Red Date Longan Teochew Mooncake

The star of the show is the new Red Date Longan $46.80 (4pcs/box): Thye Moh Chan’s signature multi-layered flaky Teochew pastry skin wraps around a smooth homemade red date and longan paste that is studded with dried longan bits and crushed walnuts that gives an elevated fragrant and satisfying crunch to each bite.

Founded in 1943, Thye Moh Chan has been named a Steward of Intangible Cultural Heritage, recognised by the National Heritage Board Singapore in 2024 for preserving the art of traditional Teochew pastry-making. Each mooncake features pastry skin made using skills and techniques passed down through multiple generations of chefs.

This mid-autumn, in addition to the Red Date Longan mooncake, Thye Moh Chan will be bringing back their signature handmade favourites.
