We had the tiger prawns and the steamed barramundi. The prawns were juicy and succulent, and the butter sauce was decadent and aromatic. The fennel salad was crisp and refreshing, and the lemon dill cream was zesty and herbaceous. The barramundi was moist and flaky, and the fermented bean sauce was savoury and umami. It goes well with the rice.
We were very impressed by the quality and presentation, as well as the service and ambience. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves French and Chinese cuisine.
