The restaurant is named after Nalan, a legendary chef and king from Indian mythology who was known for his righteousness and culinary skills. The restaurant has two outlets: one at Capitol Singapore in City Hall and another at Serangoon Road in Little India. Customers can enjoy a range of dishes such as dosas, idlis, curries, chaats, biryanis and more, all made with fresh ingredients and spices.
