The Charcoal Oven Roasted Prime Rib was tender and juicy, while the Herb Roasted Lamb Leg was bursting with flavor. The Salt Baked Whole Salmon was a real showstopper, with its delicate texture and perfect seasoning. The Manuka Honey Glazed Gammon Ham was also a standout, with its sweet and savory glaze. The Braised Wagyu Beef Cheek was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, and the Baked Oyster with Mentaiko Cheese was a real treat for the taste buds. The Polish White Borscht was a comforting and hearty soup that paired perfectly with the other dishes. The Peach Smoked Duck was a unique and delicious twist on traditional roasted duck.
