Pro Tip: lower the heat and slowly grill the meat avoid overcook, and just dip a bit of salt will enhance the taste.

Japanese rice with wagyu, truffle salsa, spring onion and garlic soy sauce
Served piping hot in clay pot so stir it well before it gets overcooked and the truffle smell blend with the wagyu gives a perfect combination of taste and flavour.
