Is it a pizzeria? Is it a supper club? Il Clay Supper Club is here to fire up the deliciousness of both by the creative vision of award-winning Neapolitan pizza chef Ciro Sorrentino!
With restaurants in Italy and Vietnam that are known and ranked among the 50 Top Pizzeria Eccellente Italia in 2023 and 50 Top Pizza Asia-Pacific 2024 respectively, Chef Ciro adds on to his portfolio with his recent award of the coveted Two Slice in the respected Italian gourmet guide Gambero Rosso International.
Attuned to Singapore’s evolving dining preferences, where diners seek quality without compromise while being mindful of price, Chef Ciro now introduces a new four-slice pizza range where each creation showcases his hallmark 48-hour proofed dough technique at Il Clay Supper Club. Come nightfall, the space transforms into a glitzy supper club for night owls looking for a slice of Italian and Mediterranean flavour.
Authentic Neapolitan Pizzas By Day
Chef Ciro’s pizzas are crafted in the classic Neapolitan style, with an added personal touch resulting in a well hydrated, fluffy and airy crust. The meticulous 48-hour proofing dough process sees top quality Italian imports hand-kneaded, tossed and proofed over two days before baked to golden perfection in a dome-shaped gas pizza oven.
The specialty oven, capable of reaching high temperatures of up to 950 degrees Fahrenheit, is the final key to the perfect pizza with a crispy crust and well-cooked toppings, delivered in just a few minutes.
Taste the best of it with Il Clay’s signature flavours ranging from classic to novel, now available in updated and upgraded flavours. Along with the classic six-slice options, there is also a new petite four-slice alternative for smaller appetites from $18.

The Six Stars ($28/$42), a creation first concocted by Chef Ciro during his stint in Vietnam at one of the “Leading Hotels of the World” is an explosive melding of tangy tomatoes, earthy hams and rich cheeses with a base of tomato ‘San Marzano’ sauces, mozzarella ‘Fior Di Latte’ cheese, spacchetelle cherry tomatoes, mortadella ham and crownings of burrata cheese.
The 6 Cheese & Honey ($37/$55) marries the six cheeses of Italy – bringing together the best of mascarpone, mozzarella ‘Fior di latte’, smoked provolone, pecorino, gorgonzola mousse and parmesan, finished off with generous drizzles of truffle honey. The housemade gorgonzola mousse is itself an indulgence, laced with blue cheese and baked parmesan chips.
For extra punch and satiation, the Sofia Loren ($30/$45) comes with a crust studded with ricotta cheese promising fuller bites and lashings of black pepper sprinkled over anchovies and fresh burrata cheese, finished off with oregano, tomato spacchetelle yellow, basil and extra virgin olive oil. Don’t miss the Regina Margheri ($22/$32) a pizza of tomato ‘San Marzano’ sauce, topped with fresh buffalo cheese, pesto sauce, oregano, tomato spacchetelle yellow and red, basil and extra virgin olive oil.
For diners searching for simple flavours, look no further with the Margherita ($18/$28) a classic tried-and-tested tomato ‘San Marzano’ sauce, mozzarella ‘Fior Di Latte’ cheese, extra virgin olive oil and fresh basil.
Mediterranean Flavours By Night
The pizzas are accompanied by a medley of small plates icons such as Smoked Sea Bream ($23) brightened with pickled fennel and gremolata oil, Burrata Tomato Agrodolce ($22) made using sun-ripened whole roma tomatoes and burrata from Italy, and the Burnt Roasted Cabbage ($18), a whole head of cabbage steamed and oven grilled for a char and accompanied by whipped feta cream, Tuscan parma ham, pistachio crush and a final drizzling of truffle oil.
The new pasta selection includes fried Gnocchi ($29) doused in spinach pesto sauce, chorizo, peperonata sauce and parmigiano, while the Truffle Orecchiette ($48) is a cream based orecchiette fragranced with white wine, garlic, black truffle, and parmigiano. A must-try is also the new 100 Layers Lasagna ($32) bursting with beef Bolognese sauce, crispy parmesan cheese chips, sour cream, Fior di Latte mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes between flat sheers of pasta layers.
Mains are bold and flavourful with options like Pork Milanese ($39) of Japanese pork collar stuffed with Emmenthal cheese and Sicilian Stuffed Squid ($32) filled with saffron risotto and chorizo peperonata sauce and grilled over fire. The Blackened Striploin Steak ($58) will not disappoint with a whole striploin from New Zealand Black Angus cattle, pan-grilled to your perfect doneness over butter and served with red wine sauce derived from the best flavours of bone marrow, carrot, onion, leek and celery. Not amiss is the Tuscan Grilled Ribeye ($48) serving up 230g Black Angus ribeye with lemon, garlic and rosemary.
Share the joy with sharing platters such as Il Clay Seafood Platter ($188) featuring Boston lobster, seasonal oysters, clams, mussels, prawns, tuna tartare and marinated baby octopus. Bolder flavours are served with the Il Clay Cured Meat Platter ($68) offering Tuscan parma ham, coppa ham, salami and Mediterranean olives. There are also the Il Clay Cheese Platter ($39) rounding up a variety of cheeses and the Antipasto Platter ($49) bringing a mix of cured meats, grilled vegetables, and pickled bites.
For dessert, end things on a sweet note with a Classic Tiramisu ($18), Gelato Cremoso ($16) or the eye-catching Flambe Bomb Alaska ($25).
