UNWRAPPING ALLORA’S ITALIAN FESTIVE TAKEAWAYS

This holiday season, bring the gift of Italian flavours from Allora Ristorante & Bar to your table with carefully curated festive takeaway menu, designed to make your celebrations at home effortless and unforgettable. Traditional Roast Turkey ($178), is paired with chestnut stuffing and rich giblet gravy and the Rum Honey Glazed Gammon Ham ($148), accompanied by pork raisin sauce, providing the perfect balance of sweet and savoury. Both are served with Rosemary Roasted Potato and Mesclun Salad on the side.
For those feeling carnivorous, our succulent Black Pepper Iberico Pork Ribs ($118), flavourful Pork Porchetta ($128), featuring Italian stuffed crispy pork belly and Slow Roasted Prime Rib ($248) will surely satisfy all your meat cravings.
Seafood enthusiasts will savour the taste of the Mediterranean with Frutti Di Mare ($88), a vibrant dish featuring penne pasta, calamari, prawns, black mussels, and a rich tomato basil sauce and the Roasted Salmon Fillet Leek & Fennel ($158) wrapped like a Christmas cracker in Opeh Leaf with Citrus Cream Sauce.
No festive spread is complete without a sweet ending, this year’s selection features the locally inspired Pandan Gula Melaka Log Cake ($98) a pandan sponge with gula melaka, Coconut Mousse topped with shredded coconut, White Chocolate Vanilla Log Cake ($118) with a chocolate sponge, white chocolate feuilletine, raspberry compote and cremeux encased in a vanilla white chocolate mousse, and the classic Black Forest Yule Log ($128) – chocolate sponge layered with mascarpone and dark chocolate mousse, kirsh syrup, morello cherries and vanilla Chantilly.

Unwrap festive flavours at Allora’s Gifts from Italy Christmas buffet – on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day and indulge in a variety of festive culinary creations that will transport you straight to Italy.
Start your feast with a bounty of seafood from our Mare section, featuring Lobster, Prawns, Crab Legs, Gratinated Oyster, Scallops, and a selection of Smoked Salmon. Continue your feast with comforting hot dishes like the traditional Polenta Concia with Gorgonzola, Crespelle a gratinated crepe stuffed with ham and cheese, or a classic lasagna, Emilia.
A Christmas buffet is not complete without a turkey and ham. The carving station presents a Slow Roasted Whole Turkey with Chestnut Stuffing served with giblet sauce and Maple Glazed Gammon Ham. Italian culinary classic Porchetta with Fennel Sage Stuffing is served alongside Slow Roasted Beef Rib, Roasted Whole Baby Lamb and Salmon en Papillote with preserved lemons harvested from Allora’s garden. This hearty spread is complemented by a variety of salads, antipasti and most importantly – cold cuts with cheese.
At Allora’s festive buffet, the live stations are where the magic happens. Watch as chefs create fresh, handcrafted dishes right before your eyes.
