Their Teochew style Yu Sheng is refreshing and healthy, very light
Steamed Promfret in Teochew Style is a must have especially for CNY. The fish is big and meaty.
Braised Duck and Pork Trotter with Fatt Choy are excellent dishes for CNY, they made it very well here, soft and tender meat.
Eight Treasure Vegetable and the Teochew Yam Paste are excellent as well
Overall Swatow City is one of the best Teochew restaurants we have been to recently, and their price is very reasonable.
