Bali Travel Guide 2023 Where to eat in Bali? Kilo Kitchen Bali

Kilo’s first overseas endeavor is situated on the beautiful shores of Bali, in the vibrant Seminyak district. Opened in September 2014, Kilo Kitchen Bali offers Kilo’s signature dishes, but also presents menu specials that are created using local ingredients and produce

Distinguished by unconventional and modern minimalist architecture that challenges the traditional landscape, Kilo Kitchen Bali offers a quiet respite away from all the hustle and bustle.

They aim to provide fusion-inspired comfort food, good times with soulful dishes, tasty music and heartfelt conversations

We visited the restaurant on a late afternoon and totally enjoy the experience. There are several dishes we wanted try and we settle of the following from the starters and main menu.

The standard is very high, definitely among the top in Bali Seminyak

TRUFFLED TAI YUZU ROLL

truffle yuzu dressing, crab, sushi rice

This is very popular, and refreshing

CRISPY SOFT SHELL CRAB

compressed watermelon, thai curry sauce

Deep fried crispy, enjoy this while its hot and crispy

SQUID INK RICE

crispy baby squid, salmon roe, garlic aioli

My top favourite because it does not have the strange taste, you don’t feel heavy finishing it

BBQ PORK RIBS

house made bbq sauce, crispy gochujang potato, burnt leeks

The ribs are so soft and tender, that you can pull off the bones with one hand.

Don’t forget to try their signature cocktails, we ordered the

caramel vodka, kilo’s brew, cacao bitter, orange zest

PUMPKIN & MANGO SOUR

homemade pumpkin-infused whisky, mango, Kilo’s gomme, lemon, egg white, bitters
