Chandi Bali, a semi-fine dining restaurant in the heart of Seminyak is an established name in Bali’s food scene. It offers a culinary spin on Pan-Asian cuisine.

In fact I was told that their afternoon drinks promotion is very popular as it offers a range of promotions to cater to a wide audience.
So we immediately ordered two of their wonderful cocktail and they sure packs a punch.
There is something for everyone including a large wine selection to go with your dishes.
We visited the restaurant in the evening for dinner, it gives a fine dining feel with its soft lighting and excellent service crew who were very attentive to your needs.
We ordered the CHANDI APPETIZER TASTING PLATTER FOR TWO
It consists of a large platter of various signature small dishes to give the diner a taste of various traditional food.
Mini Beef Rendang, Grilled Tenderloin Frisee Salad, Black Pepper Pork Dumplings, Seared Scallops in Tamarind Peanut dressing and many more.
Definitely recommend this for first-time visitors to experience the various taste

Caramelized Butterfish Miso Dashi
We loved this dish for the tasty caramelized butterfish which is full of flavours, and the miso dashi is an excellent touch to it
Balinese Crispy Duck
Authentic dish cooked with traditional spice, but it is not spicy but full of flavour. The skin is crispy but the meat is soft and tender.
We finished with dessert platter
The restaurant is spacious with a second floor. They are open for group booking or corporate events.
The dinning experience is superb and we had an enjoyable dinner here.
