London Fat Duck, also known as “Wagyu of Ducks”, Cantonese Restaurant.
It is a Hong Kong-style restaurant serving roast ducks that marry the premium quality of Silver Hill Duck, with Chef’s secret duck roasting technique and heritage recipe, known as the “Wagyu of Ducks”.
We recently visited their Scotts Square outlet to try some of their signature dishes.

The Signature London Roast Duck has crispy skin, meat is best paired with their tangy plum sauce. Juicy meat with right amount of fats that melt in your mouth.
These buns are a must-order, featuring a tender duck filling encased within a crust that’s brittle on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
Mapo Tofu is not too spicy, love the silkiness of the tofu.
Signature Crispy Corn & Prawn with Salted Egg is quite an addictive dish. This is a crowd’s favourite dish once you start you cannot stop.
I love the Hong Kong Crackling Pork Belly “Siew Bak” which is crispy
Being a Cantonese Restaurant, their Double Boiled soup are highly recommended, as well as their Dim Sum, we loved the Har Kao.
Happy Hour with London Fat Duck @ Scott’s Square, Monday to Friday from 3pm to 7pm with a price of $4.80 for Tiger Beer and $5.80 for Kirin Ichiban. You can get a bottle of Le Torri 2016 Chianti Colli Fiorentini for $49 instead of $89!
