Panquecas (Portuguese for “pancakes”)
From Picanhas’on 90 Club Street to Panquecas’ next door at 92 Club Street, also known as “The People’s Pancakes”
Here you can find classic crepes to apple cinnamon and local flavours like Kopi O and Apam Balik, a peanut pancake, Panquecas’ is a dessert place for those with a sweet tooth.
They have some savoury dishes as well, for example, we tried their Mentaiko Pasta (with crispy Mentaiko prawn).
The pasta is made from crepes. Soaking in all the Mentaiko you can muster.
