Spanning across two shophouse units at 38-40 Tras Street, BAM! encloses a warmly-lit dining room, a floor-to-ceiling sake cellar with extensive labels of both sake and wine, discreet private dining space and a relaxed open kitchen where dining becomes a spectator sport.

Lunch Set SG$88 ++/Pax.

BAM! is offering an Omakase menu with dishes selected by the chef.

1st Course: Crispy Egg Confit, Jamon Ragout, White Button Mushroom, Sauteed Spinach, Black Truffle

2nd Course: Hokkaido Scallop, Obsiblue Prawn, Chestnut Confit, Potato Gnocchi

3rd Course: Wagyu Beef Cheeks, Daioku Mushroom, Green Asparagus, Potato Puree, Red Wine Sauce

An excellent dining experience at this established restaurant. The dishes were specially curated by Chef, Chef also prepared additional snacks before the 1st course to get you in the mood.

The taste was exquisite and multi-dimension. Overall a very enjoyable dinner.
