@marusaya_singapore Dashi Master Marusaya iconic Dashi Shabu broth is prepared meticulously with Marusaya’s signature Dashi.

This tedious process has enabled them to produce delectable, nutritious and healthy Katsuobushi which abounds with umami flavours.

They are very well known for this.

In celebration of its 7th anniversary, Dashi Master Marusaya, flagship restaurant of the Marusaya Group has launched daily seasonal fish air-flown from Japan, six different kinds of dipping sauce, 7 delectable condiments to go with its signature Dashi Shabu and mouth-watering pork ramen using the restaurant’s signature Dashi broth. In addition, Dashi Master Marusaya has also enhanced its Dashi Shabu with freshly shaved Katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes), adding to the sweetness and depth of the broth.

For the 7th Anniversary Promotion (22 to 30 November 2021), diners can also enjoy A5 Wagyu Melting Part (à la carte) at the special price of $77 (U.P $98) and alcoholic drinks at $7 per glass including half draft Kirin Beer, Highball, red and white white and Japanese Syochu.

We recently visited the restaurant and try it for ourselves.

(includes choice of 2 dipping sauces, additional different dipping sauce will be at $2)

Dipping sauces selection: Ponzu Vinegar, Sesame, Sour Plum, Leek Sesame Oil, Sukiyaki and Yuzu Rice Malt.

Includes Homemade Udon or Japanese Porridge.

The enhanced menu and the presentation is better than before. You get to see the bonito flakes boiling in the broth.
