They have recently moved from the Old Bukit Timah fire station to 2 new locations, HillV2 and Phoenix Park. Spruce Hot Wings $17, crispy wings served with homemade sauce

The SPRUCE Burger $20, they are famous for their burger and there are a few selections of burgers available, this one is with homemade pickle, iceberg lettuce, cheddar cheese & herbed fries

SPRUCE Prawn Pasta $22, another famous pasta here, Orecchiette pasta in zucchini, spinach & garlic cream sauce with sea prawns

Sous Vide Beef Short Ribs $33, a must-have here, 48hrs slow-cooked Australian short rib, served with poached egg Fine beans, mashed potato with veal jus reduction,

Baked Ginger Date Pudding $15, the ginger taste is not that strong so don’t worry if you don’t like ginger, and the pudding is soft and sweet so we like this a lot.

They have an extensive Brunch menu and all-day menu, all at very affordable prices. Come day or night, you will enjoy this place.
