At only $16 for a great dining experience! You can select the spicy version and determine the level of spiciness. Or you can select the non-spicy but sour soup.
You can also select the sour soup base but add a little spiciness into it to get a bit of both worlds.
Chong Qing #辣子鸡 comes with deep-fried marinated pieces of chicken blended together with superior SzeChuan Spices to give the numbing yet authentic taste.
#青椒炒肉絲 Stir-Fried Pork and Green Peppers,
It is more delicate and fresher tasting than the heavier stir-fried version in some restaurant. Not very spicy so it will appeal to more people.
Mala Xiang Guo (麻辣香锅) spicy numbing Mala Xiang Guo #麻辣香锅! It’s super addictive as the aromatic peppercorns leave a numbing, tingly sensation that you’ll crave for more!
It often contains meat and vegetables, and has a salty and spicy taste. The preparation process involves placing the required ingredients in the pot, stir frying and adding seasoning.
Here you can select the ingredients (meat and vegetables) before the chef prepares the dish.
Rogers Kitchen has been known for good value western food.
They have daily supplies of fresh Salted Egg Yolks for Salted Egg Pasta Menu as well as fresh ingredients for their meat etc.
All main dishes, is accompanied with fresh Lettuce, Potatoes & Pasta, topping the meat with our daily prep Black Pepper Sauce, & the Potatoes with homemade Sesame Sauce.
We tried their signature Carbonara Pasta with Crispy Chicken. The crispy deep-fried chicken was surprisingly good. It is not too hard, and still juicy inside.
They have more than 8 kinds of ingredients to formulate the flour for these deep-fried chicken, you simply love it. So I assume the fried chicken will be popular dishes.
For those with good appetites, we recommend the Mix Grill. Consist of pork chop, chicken chop, large sausage and Spaghetti.
They have a wide variety of western items, so I am sure there will be something for everyone.
