Pink Fish – a casual seafood concept with exciting flavours A champion of fresh, healthy and tasty produce from its home country, Pink Fish’s hero ingredient is the salmon – direct from the fresh and cold fjords in Norway. Pink Fish, has opened the doors of its outlet at Jewel Changi Airport and we recently visited the place to taste some of their latest items.
New Salmon Curry Burger and The Singaporean Burger (Sambal slaw, cucumber, pickled onion and salted egg) are great value for money, at only $9.90 each. The patty made from delicious good quality salmon and thicker than most patty.
Nordic creamy soup, With celery, carrot, fennel & flavoured with orange. Very creamy with chunky salmon.
Fish and chips, Crispy cod nuggets with chips and plum sauce. Kids will love this and the portion is just nice but lots of adults like us love this as well. The salmon is oven grilled, and not deep fried, retaining the rich flavor.
Saba mackerel teriyaki, With kimchee, cucumber, edamame & onion. Think mackerel compare to what you get at other restaurant, top grade ingredient.
Pink Fish Mala Poke Bowl. Whet your appetite with freshness from the deep and oriental spicines in a bowl. Norweigian Salmon cubes along with staple ingredients like rice and together with Asian delights such as Tou Kwa and oriental fresh greens. Topped with an onsen egg and slathered on a generous serving of freshly in house concocted Mala Sauce.
These dishes were delicious, healthy and good value, we highly recommend them.
