For more than 20 years, @paulaner_sg Paulaner Bräuhaus Singapore has produced handcrafted premium quality beers here at Millenia Walk’s premises. The brewmaster chooses only the best ingredients such as hops from the Hallertau right outside of Munich and malt from Upper Franconia produced by an old-established family enterprise which was founded in 1879. They serve regular and seasonal beer specialties brewed on-site. The typical German interior décor and authentic Bavarian menu combined with casual yet charming service will definitely present an enjoyable experience. Food is an integral part of Bavarian culture, just as beer is. Look forward to a large food selection including Bavarian classics accompanied by chefs’ international favorites. The dishes are served on wooden boards, in large bowls and traditional German pans.
