The Blue Ginger: Kerabu Laksa : A more intense dry rendition of the original soup-based laksa, Kerabu Laksa presents strands of smooth thick bee hoon cloaked in a punchy homemade rempah redolent of lemongrass, galangal, turmeric and belachan among other ingredients.

elemen Classic : Truffle Broth Ramen : Rich in taste with a light alluring aroma, the truffle is steeped deeply in the broth with a generous serving of springy ramen. (note that dish contains of egg and dairy)

Ginza Anzu : Ebi Fry (Deep Fried Shrimp) & Pork Fillet Katsu Set : Artisanal tonkatsu restaurant from Ginza, Tokyo serving top quality meat, they are meat wholesaler and import their own meat.
