We have recently tried their signature dishes A5 #Miyazaki Wagyu Don with Vegetables. The #wagyu beef is excellent and you can taste it is of good quality with suitable amount of fats.

Next we tried the Blossom Aburi #Sushi which is also of good quality sushi. You can taste the freshness in the sushi. Very traditional Japanese style.

Not forgetting their signature ramen Tonkotsu Cha-shu Ramen. We like that the Cha-shu is thick and chunky with a good combination of fats. It is soft and tender.

By the way they have a weekly special this week, Tempura Don at only $12.00

For Dessert, you must try their cheeses cake, Hokkaido Cheese Cake (Pre-order 1 day in advance), It comes in nice packaging so you can order as a gift as well. Soft creamy cheese cake is like heaven. Must Try.

For drinks we tried their Tropical Dew, very tall drinks and filled with fresh fruits. Very refreshing and better than many bubble tea shop’s offering.
Overall we highly recommend this place for its authentic Japanese cuisine. Many restaurant cut corner offering lower quality ingredients and I am glad that they maintain the high standard. The price is reasonable too, check out their online website for ordering. http://www.hidemasa.online
