Chinese New Year is the perfect time for a reunion with your loved ones and family members. To usher in the Year of the Rat, the culinary team at Famous Kitchen has curated prosperous set and à la carte menus featuring authentic Nanyang creations, guaranteed to gratify your taste buds.

Prosperous Set Menus (8 Jan to 8 February 2020)

Impress your family, friends and business associates with our Prosperous Set Menus including Sapphire, Jade, Crystal and Diamond. Pamper their palates and bring in wealth, success and happiness with celebratory dishes such as Prosperity Salmon Yu Sheng (七彩三文鱼捞生),
Braised Shark’s Fin Soup (海味鱼翅羹), Steamed Marble Goby with Soya Sauce (港蒸笋壳
鱼), Herbal Chicken (发财富贵鸡), Caramel Prawn (雪花焦糖虾), Braised Whole Abalone
and Sea Cucumber with Beancurd and Mushroom (白玉菇豆包扒海参原只鲍鱼) and  Fried
Rice with Waxed Meat wrapped in Lotus Leaf.

Set Menus range from S$488++ for 8 diners to S$1388++ for 10 diners.

CNY À La Carte Menu (25 and 26 January 2020)

Diners who prefer to order à la carte dishes will be delighted by the extensive plethora of auspicious creations meticulously executed by the culinary team. Look forward to our Famous Abundance ‘Pen Cai’ (Small: S$338++/Large: S$468++) which brims with treasures such as prawns, scallops, sea cucumber, abalone and more. Advance order is required.
