Ginger at PARKROYAL on Beach Road presents Ocean’s Treasures which features an incredible spread of crustacean delights such as Snow Crab Leg, Grilled River Prawns, Singapore’s Chilli Crab alongside new creations like Baby Lobster in Sambal with Petai and Herbal Claypot Crab. The buffet line-up of signature offerings will run from now till 28 July 2019.
Embark on a tantalising crustacean journey with Ginger’s much-loved Singapore’s Chilli Crab with its aromatic wok-hei and its spicy sauce. Diners looking for a hearty indulgence will be thrilled by the new Baby Lobster in Sambal with Petai, cooked with fragrant and homemade chilli paste, specially made by Executive Chef Vincent Aw, with petai, also commonly known as bitter beans. The Herbal Claypot Crab dish beautifully combines the succulent texture of crabs infused with locally sourced herbs.
Seafood-enthusiasts will be delighted by the Flower Clams, cooked prawns, Snow Crab Leg and more at the Seafood on Ice Station.
Meat-lovers are not forgotten! Ginger is pleased to introduce meat of the day as Sharwarma Chicken with condiments to accompany the mouth-watering cuts at the Carving Station. Look out for delightful market catch of the day as well!
Ginger’s house-made sambal sauces concocted from onions, chilli, limes, salted fish, provide one of the best complements to the barbecue delights. The restaurant’s popular staples such as Laksa or Mee Siam, DIY Kueh Pie Tee and assorted Satays continue on the buffet line.
