The MICHELIN Guide Singapore Bib Gourmand 2026 Selection

The 10th edition of the MICHELIN Guide Singapore awards the Bib Gourmand distinction to 97 establishments, including 10 new additions. 17 have appeared in every edition since the Guide’s debut.

A decade after the MICHELIN Guide arrived in Singapore, the Bib Gourmand selection continues to grow with the city’s dining scene.

The 2026 list comprises 97 establishments, including 10 new additions that range from heritage hawker stalls to family-run specialists and regional restaurants. 17 establishments have now retained the distinction across all 10 editions, an achievement that speaks to their consistency, enduring appeal and commitment to serving high-quality food at good value.

This year’s selection welcomes 10 new additions, bringing the total number of Bib Gourmand establishments in Singapore to 97.

Boon Keng Road Fish Head Bee Hoon is known for its signature fish head noodle soup, with a choice of Spanish mackerel, red grouper or regular grouper. The fish is fresh, while the broth is rich and flavorful. The versions served with poached or fried fish slices are also worth trying.

King of Laksa’s lighter take on laksa comes with a choice of prawns or blood cockles, with low-carb noodles also available. The coconut-rich broth is smooth and creamy, without an oily layer on top, while the shrimp paste chili adds depth and flavour.

The mother-and-son team at Rajarani Thosai serves thosai and appam made from scratch. The thosai comes with a choice of nearly 20 fillings, including crispy cereal and a combination of cheese, egg and butter. The accompanying sambal and chutney dips make every bite even more enjoyable.

Century-old Tian Nan Xing Minced Pork Noodle is now run by the third and fourth generations of the founding family. Bouncy noodles, pork dumplings and pork meatballs are served in a rich, flavorful broth made with pork bones, garlic and a generous amount of minced pork.

Hunan restaurant Xiangyee sources ingredients and condiments from the mountains of its home province to ensure authentic flavors. Pickled chilies, dried bamboo shoots and smoked cured meats lend distinctive aromas to the dishes. The steamed marble goby with pickled chili is spicy and savory, with fine, delicate flesh. Also worth trying is the assortment of preserved pork, sausage and fish, steamed with fermented black beans and dried chilies for an exceptional smoky quality.


9. Xiu Ji Ikan Bilis Yong Tau Fu
