Toss high and loud into 2025 with the Lunar New Year Yusheng ($88++). The highly regarded Lunar New Year tradition represents elegance and prosperity and is widely enjoyed across Southeast Asia. Slices of raw fish symbolising abundance are combined with vegetables, crispy crackers, and a medley of zesty sauces.

First up, presenting the Mini-trio Appetiser, featuring nostalgic local bites like the Golden Crumb Scallop, Kueh Pie Tee, and Chicken Satay. Next, bond with loved ones over the Sharing Plates, where classic celebratory dishes shine through in Wok-fried Prawns with Homemade Soy Sauce, Deep-fried Trout with Grilled Chilli Paste, and Braised Sea Cucumber, Abalone, and Mushrooms with Seasonal Vegetables, all served alongside the iconic Mandarin Chicken Rice.
