From 9 July until 9 August 2024, celebrate Singapore’s National Day month at Edge, Pan Pacific Singapore’s award-winning buffet restaurant, where Executive Chef Andy Oh and his Culinary Team present “Flavours of the Lion City: A Culinary Expedition Through Singapore”.

This special buffet theme pays homage to the melting pot of cultures that define Singapore,
with signature Singaporean gems, such as Peppery Teochew Bak Kut Teh, Braised Soya Duck
and Peanut with Yam Rice, and Bak Chor Mee. Other heritage classics that are sure to entice
discerning palates include Singapore Laksa with Baby Lobster, Braised Kurobuta Pork Belly
with Lotus Bun, Teochew Steamed Local-farmed Golden Pomfret, Nyonya Chap Chye, Kueh
Pie Tee, Popiah, and more.

A local dessert affair awaits diners – From golden Deep-fried Durian, Banana & Chempedak Ball, to the National Day signature Chempedak Cake, Durian Pengat, Milo Dinosaur Panna Cotta, Lychee Bandung Compote Trifle, Kopi O Cake, Onde Lamington, Pulut Hitam Soup, an assortment of charming Rainbow Roti Ice Cream Sandwiches, and more.

To local drink lovers’ delight, a thirst-quenching range of familiar flavours are available at the Old School Pop-up Drinks Stall with drinks, such as Teh Tarik, Iced Limau, Soya Chin Chow, and the famous “Singapore Sling”, served as a delicious mocktail.

In addition to the array of Singaporean culinary classics, the “Flavours of the Lion City: A Culinary Expedition Through Singapore” buffet at Edge extends far beyond these local and National Day-inspired delicacies.

Guests can also indulge in a diverse array of culinary creations and live-action stations highlighting the multi-cultural influences, including Singaporean, Chinese, Malay, Indian, Japanese, Thai, and Western specialities, as well as an abundant selection of fresh seafood offerings.

Throughout the National Day celebration period, the Culinary Team at Edge will continue to serve up a stunning breadth of delicious creations, showcasing their expertise in à la minute preparations. This comprehensive buffet experience transports diners on a tantalising gastronomic journey through the vibrant flavours that make Singapore’s food culture so dynamic and celebrated.

The “Flavours of the Lion City: A Culinary Expedition Through Singapore” at Edge is available for dinner from 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm from 9 July until 9 August 2024, and is priced at $128++ per adult and $64 per child (6 – 12 years old). Prices include complimentary coffee, tea, teh tarik, iced limau, and soya chin chow.

The “Flavours of the Lion City: A Culinary Expedition Through Singapore” will also be available for lunch from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm on Singapore’s National Day on 9 August 2024. Priced at $128++ per adult and $64 per child (6 – 12 years old), the offer includes complimentary coffee, tea, teh tarik, iced limau, and soya chin chow.

In celebration of Singapore’s National Day month, Edge is offering Singaporean citizens born in the year 1965 a special price of $88++ per person. This commemorative offer pays tribute to Singapore’s 59th year of independence, allowing those who share the nation’s birth year to partake in the flavourful festivities at a discounted rate. It is a gesture of appreciation towards the pioneering generation who have contributed to Singapore’s remarkable development over the past six decades.
