HOMEPAGE OFFERS HERITAGE HAWKER STORIES: VOLUME III
TOWN RESTAURANT
The Fullerton Hotel Singapore
15 May to 27 July 2024
Wednesday to Saturday, 6.30 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.

Come for a nostalgic culinary journey, reminiscent of the bustling hawker scene that once enlivened the banks of the Singapore River, just a stone’s throw from The Fullerton Hotel Singapore.

In the third instalment of Town Restaurant’s much-loved Heritage Hawker Stories Dinner Buffet, revisit these cherished memories of yesteryear with a feast for gourmands of all ages. Look forward to a medley of local and regional favourites by culinary team, from Wok-fried Kam Heong Mud Crab to Signature Laksa, elevated with Boston lobster.

Alongside these free-flowing delights, guest hawkers, Michelin Bib Gourmand awardee To-Ricos Kway Chap and Warong Serembat Satay will be serving their signature fare from live stations. Whet your appetite with some Satay, freshly charcoal-grilled at our alfresco terrace. Choose between chicken or beef, accompanied with crunchy cucumber and onion, ketupat rice and a moreish, signature peanut dipping sauce. Or tuck into a warm bowl of the famous Kway Chap — a comforting combination of silky-smooth flat rice noodles with pork, offal, and other braised ingredients, in a savoury broth.
