To start, I had the 2GR Wagyu Beef Carpaccio, which was thinly sliced and perfectly seasoned with a light dressing that complemented the beef’s natural flavor. The meat was incredibly tender and melted in my mouth, making for a fantastic start to the meal.
For the main course, I opted for the Steamed Black Grouper Fillet, which was cooked to perfection and served with a light sauce that enhanced the fish’s delicate flavor. The fish was fresh and flaky, and I enjoyed every bite. However, the Grain Fed Lamb Rack was also a tempting option for meat lovers, and I could see why it would be equally delicious.
Finally, for dessert, I had the Macadamia Ice Soufflé, and it was the perfect end to a fantastic meal.
The service was impeccable, and the ambience was lovely, making for a perfect dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for high-quality meats and seafood served in a sophisticated setting.
