I had the pleasure of dining at FIRE at 1-Atico during the Singapore Restaurant Week Spring Edition and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. The restaurant, specializing in authentic Argentinian cuisine, provided a luxurious and sophisticated dining experience that exceeded all expectations.
The Four Course Dinner Set S$ 88++ was specially curated for the Singapore Restaurant Week and offered a range of exquisite dishes that perfectly highlighted the restaurant’s unique and delicious culinary offerings. To start off, we tried the Fugazza, which was a delightful pizza-like dish topped with caramelized onions and cheese. It was a great way to start off the meal and set the tone for the rest of the evening.
Next, we had the Chilled Tomatican as an appetizer. It was refreshing and light, with the perfect balance of sweet and tangy flavors. For the main course, we opted for the Wood-Fired Sustainable Red Snapper and the Char Grilled Smoked Paprika Marinated Free-Range Baby Chicken. Both dishes were cooked to perfection, with the snapper being tender and juicy and the chicken being succulent and flavorful.
To end the meal on a sweet note, we had the Dulce de Leche Flan Adriana, which was a creamy and decadent dessert that left us wanting more. The Warm Dark Chocolate Fondant was equally impressive, with a gooey center that oozed out once we dug in.
Throughout the meal, the staff were attentive and accommodating, ensuring that our dining experience was flawless. The restaurant had a warm and inviting ambience, with a stunning view of the city skyline that added to the overall experience.
Overall, FIRE at 1-Atico is a must-visit restaurant for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. The food, service, and atmosphere all exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to go back for more. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable dining experience in Singapore.
