Pandan coconut pudding with young coconut meat and Thai waffle
This starter consists of two dishes that combine Thai and international influences. The soft shell crab is deep-fried until crispy and served on top of the salad. Thai style taco with stir-fried chicken and bean sprouts is a fusion dish.
The broth is infused with lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, lime juice, fish sauce, chilies and red curry paste. The prawns are tender and succulent. Main course consists of four dishes that showcase different aspects of Thai cuisine.
