Sing Heng Cuisine is a casual dining restaurant located in the vibrant Bugis district.
Walking along Tan Quee Lan Street you will come across their shop front with a giant pink pig soft toy, so you can’t miss it.
It serves an irresistible medley of east-meets-west cuisine to satisfy diners with palate-pleasing local fusion cuisine and Western staples.
During lunchtime, they serve a great value set lunch starting from $9.90
We ordered the Grilled Chicken with Aglio Olio Pasta
The grilled chicken is quite a good size, and tasty.
We order another Executive Set at $18.90
Iberico Pork Ribeye Steak with Fries and Salad
This is our all-time favourite, I believe the Iberico pork is their speciality so it is a must-have here.
We also try out the Chef’s Choice at $12.90
Mentai Salmon Rice Bowl
For those who want to have rice for lunch, this is a good choice as the salmon is healthy and goes well with the mentai sauce.
Together with the onsen egg, you will be very satisfied with this rice bowl.
Weekday lunch sets 11 am-3 pm include soup of the day, dessert of the day, and Iced drinks from the machine.
That is great value for money
We also order their Flora Tea Set
$16.90 set for one
$28.90 set for two
Choice of tea:
1. Osmanthus Rosebuds Flora Tea
2. Chrysanthemum Puer with Wolf Berries
3. Osmanthus Longan Red Date
For each set includes one tea and one tart, we selected
Fruits Tarts $8.90
Kit Kat Tarts $12.90
The tarts are freshly made and the tea comes in a teapot over candlelight to keep it warm.
Another plus of coming here for lunch is the strong air-conditioning and that’s a relief from the noon heat.
Sing Heng is a great spot for friends and family to indulge together in good food, great company and fond memories.
