Notable Ingredients:

Basil

– Fights the common cold

Kimchi
– Helps lower inflammation

At Saute San, we tried some of their dishes which are delicious, healthy and plant-based.

Lion Mane Teriyaki Stir-fried Udon: Delicious wok-hei fried Udon the same way Japanese restaurant does it with healthy ingredients.

Kimchi Stew Hotpot: You get a personal hotpot with lots of ingredients in it, put in the noodle and enjoy it piping hot.

Cheesy Lion Mane Patty with Teriyaki Sauce: Resembling Tonkatsu, this is made from Lion Mane with cheese so it is one of their popular dishes as well.

Mala Fragrant Pot Rice: Stir-fried exactly the same as your Mala dish with a choice of less spicy. We totally enjoy this even when we selected less spicy. It packs a punch for the spicy food lover.

Black Truffle Orh Luak: Resembling “Oyster” Omelette, with healthy ingredients and truffle to enhance the taste. Goes very well with the chilli sauce provided

Deep-Fried Handmade Gyoza: This is very crispy and crunchy, with healthier ingredients instead of meat.

Fruity Konnyaku: My must-have dessert here, it is so cute and adorable, and tastes great too.

Vegan Yuzu Ice Cream: Refreshing taste to finish the meal here.

Iced Honey Citron Tea: They serve a variety of drinks of which we enjoyed the Iced Honey Citron and Warm Honey Lemon very well.

We admire the passion and dedication to offering nutritious and sustainable Plant-Based Food. Not only are the Japanese and Korean dishes offered at Saute San delicious, but they also taste great, and it is a great place to come enjoy healthier and halal food.
