Opened by the founder of 新源记鱼头炉 (Famous Xin Yuan Ji Fish Head Steamboat) at Tan Quee Lan Street.

They offer a wide selection of delicious Zi Char dishes and most importantly their well-known fish soup.

If you cannot decide what to order, look for their 3 different dinner sets, $58, $88 & $138 which are available for islandwide delivery from 12 pm to 10 pm.

Featuring dinner set ($138 meant for 5-6 Pax) which included the following:(9 items)

– Fish Head Steamboat (large)(you can still taste the charcoal aroma with this soup delivered piping hot)

– Herbal Chicken (soft and tender chicken cooked in paper-wrap to locked-in the goodness of the herbal sauce)

– Black Pepper Crayfish (delicious crayfish, quite a big size actually)

– Salted Egg Squid (the squid is not chewy so that is delicious)

– Fragrance Lala (spicy lala)

– Pork Ribs with Coffee Sauce (another all-time favourite)

– Spinach with Assorted Eggs (lots of veggies and eggs boil in soup, yummy)

– Dessert: Yam Paste (still warm and prepared daily)

– Plain rice

Totally enjoy all the items. Especially their Signature Charcoal Fish Head Steamboat, lots of sweetness and chunky fish meat.

The broth has a strong “wok hey” flavour, due to boiling over a charcoal fire.
