Acqua e Farina is owned and operated by two trained Italian chefs, Antonio Manetto who hails from the sunny South and Roberto Galbiati who is a proud native of northern Milan. As a result, the menu is a beautiful showcase of the highly distinctive cuisine from both the top and the bottom of the Italian Peninsula.

They imported most ingredients so their Mozzarella and Parma ham are excellent, and their handmade authentic pasta are highly recommended.
For mains, both the fish and chicken are carefully prepared and cooked to perfection. Order their organic Italian premium wine to go with these and you will have a perfect dinner.
