From 03 – 26 December 2021, expect a visual and gustatory feast as the culinary team serves up an abundance of rotisserie barbecue meats, fresh seafood harvests and delectable entremets alongside the stunning panoramic view of the iconic Singapore River.
Surf & Turf Barbecue Buffet is a modern barbecue with Southern American flair featuring Boston lobster, herbs marinated lamb chop, spiced beef sirloin, butter prawn, barbecued squid, Italian spicy sausage (mild), garlic chicken sausage, Otak-Otak and spiced drumlets prepared over the grill.
Savour your way into the festivity with classic honey baked ham, BBQ baby back ribs and slow-roasted turkey breast alongside the mixed grill. Balance your palate with delectable sides such as classic coleslaw, creamy mash potato, sautéed mushroom, mixed mesclun green and roasted corn on the cob. End on a sweet note with our intricate log cakes featuring traditional chocolate and Earl Grey Speculoos.
Spiced Beef Sirloin – Grilled to tender perfection, this succulent cut is layered with a desired level of char on the outside and a rosy pink throughout on the inside. Touched with a breath of salt and pepper, this steak is loaded with flavours.
