What I like about the set, it consists of their signature dishes.
For example, the Lobster Croquette is a giant size with premium toppings.
Beef Rendang Gyoza is nothing you have tried before, a bit spicy and very local taste (Singapore taste)
Now my top favorite is the Spicy Chilli Japanese Squid, grilled to the right texture and not rubbery. The sambal chili is the highlight with a giant lime
Not forgetting the all-time fried chicken, in dark charcoal coating with gold dust, symbolize good luck
Salmon Maki with premium toppings
The Aglio Udon is another special we liked, taste delicious even when delivered as it is a dried base with sauce, so it arrived with the right texture
Buta Kauni pork belly another of our favorite, should have upsized this as it is so fat and juicy
Of course, Gyudon serves with delicious beef on top, still warm and ready to eat when delivered
Lastly the NDP theme I love SG Strawberry Shortcake is the best-designed dessert this NDP
