HandBELLO house-made pasta concept restaurant Review

HandBELLO is a house-made pasta concept restaurant offering a variety of Pasta, Starters, Proteins, and Desserts.
They are located at 92 Amoy St, #01-01, Singapore 069911.
This is a casual, laidback dining concept where good food is the focus here.

We ordered some of their Chef’s recommendations:

LA NONNA’S
Just like how granny would cook it, homely Italian pasta Piquant toasted chili flecked Casarecce pasta with spicy Kurobuta pork sausage & broccolini, elevated with a zingy lemon twang.

CORNY TORTELLINI
Get ready for some creamy sweet-umami explosion in your mouth.
Indulge in house-made tortellini filled with Mushrooms & Cream Cheese, tossed in sweet corn veloute, garnished with perfect fried sage leaves.
This dish is kids friendly too, most people will love this

YOU GOT BEEF?
For meat-eater, 6-hours braised beef brisket pulled and glazed with veal reduction!
Tossed between layers of house-made pappardelle, and finished off with a drizzle of aged balsamic vinegar!
Personally, this is my favorite and I would come back for this anytime.
