RedDot BrewHouse at Dempsey

@reddotbrewhouse at Dempsey is a passion that took almost a decade to materialize. Housing a brewery in a historical building set in lush tranquility was simply magical.

Book a table and enjoy the festive menu here. We recently visited Dempsey place and would like to recommend their beer and festive dishes.

All their beers are brewed at the state-of-the-art facility, designed entirely by Ernest himself, done up in accordance to ASME standards (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) with a total brew capacity of 17,000 litres.

A honey and cherry sour ale, they balanced the tartness of Morello Cherries with Thai Wildflower Honey. This deceptive sour clocks in at 5.7% abv

Monster Green Lager Beer, Green spirulina infused lager beer. Sparkling green, noble hopped, clean and crisp with hints of malt.

Food Pairings: Finger Food, Silver Fish, Chicken Tender, Crispy Fish Skin, Cashew Nuts, Chargrill: Chicken Satay, Chicken Cheese Sausage, Pasta: RedDot Spicy Linguini Crab Meat

Burgers: Mediterranean Burger, Pizza: BBQ Chicken, Hawaiian, Margherita

Of course, they have many other beers which you would also enjoy, like the Summer Ale, India Pale Ale, Red Dot Lime Wheat, etc

Especially the Pan Seared Seabass Tagliatelle is the best we have tasted, so try to catch it before the menu changes
