Get Your Weekend Brunch Fix at The Marmalade Pantry Downtown with hearty delights and immunity-boosting juices. Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city life at The Marmalade Pantry Downtown and enjoy the weekend to the fullest with a hearty brunch.

Look forward to comforting classics such as the signature Marmalade Big Breakfast ($26++)

– beef and pork sausages, candied hickory smoked bacon, golden hash brown, cherry vine tomatoes, Southwestern baked beans and two eggs any style served with toasted brioche bread, or the all-new Tiger Prawn Mentaiko with Burnt Hollandaise Benedict ($24++) – Tiger prawn chunks tossed in a mentaiko & Japanese mayonnaise dressing, with two poached eggs and burnt hollandaise sauce on sourdough toast, served with mesclun salad. We also tried the Japanese Lobster Benedict, Boston lobster chunks tossed with miso dressing, tobiko, Japanese cucumber, sliced radish topped with two poached eggs and citrus hollandaise on toasted English muffins and served with mesclun salad.

Brunch menu is available on weekends and public holidays till 3pm at The Marmalade Pantry
