AFURI OPENS SECOND OUTLET AT VIVOCITY WITH EXCLUSIVE RAMEN MENU

AFURI ramen is different from ramen you’ve had anywhere else. The broth is light and delicate with a splash of yuzu. Following AFURI Ramen’s foray into Singapore in 2019 with the flagship outlet at Funan Mall, they opened the second outlet at VivoCity this month. Highlights are the signature Yuzu Shio Ramen and Yuzu Shoyu Ramen, spicy options like Yuzu Ratan Ramen and alternative crowd favourite Yuzu Tsukemen on the menu, there is much to look forward to including the exclusive Kiwami Ramen and savoury Buns.

KIWAMI RAMEN

A specially curated all-in Ramen only available at AFURI VivoCity. A choice of Yuzu Shio or Yuzu Shoyu Ramen, complemented with toppings of the highest quality – Kakuni, Cha Shu and Sliced Chicken.

SAVOURY BUNS

An assortment of soft fluffy buns sandwiched with a selection of Soft Shell Crab, Spicy Chicken and Kakuni only available at AFURI VivoCity. For a limited period only! To celebrate the opening of AFURI’s second outlet in Singapore, we are introducing Chilli Soft Shell Crab Bun, a nod to the local flavours of the island.

SIGNATURE SPECIALTIES

The flagship ramen-the Yuzu Shio showcases CHINTAN style broth. This style of broth is heated at a lower, barely boiling temperature that gives the broth a more nuanced flavor. This is different from the more familiar PAITAN broth, which is a rich pork bone broth that is cooked for hours at a high temperature.

Gyoza

At first glance you know there is something special about our gyoza: a thin, crispy web between each dumpling signals the satisfying textures to come. It takes care and time to get each step just right, from the juicy filling, to the carefully hand-finished seal on each gyoza, to those last few seconds of cooking, to get the perfect crunch.
